摘要
通过金相显微分析、拉伸等分析测试方法,研究了化学成分、元素含量、冷却方式、均质处理、挤压温度等生产工艺对6063铝合金太阳能边框型材力学性能和表面质量的影响。结果表明:随着Cu、Si、Mg含量增大,6063铝合金太阳能边框型材的力学性能提高,但表面质量下降;通过选择合理的工艺,可稳定、经济地生产抗拉强度为265MPa、屈服强度为252MPa、伸长率为8.9%,同时表面质量良好的6063铝合金太阳能边框型材。
The effects of production process such as chemical composition, dement content, cooling rate, homogenization treatment, extrusion temperature on mechanical properties and surface quality of 6063 aluminum alloy solar profile profiles were investigated by the methods of metaUographic and tension. The results show that the mechanical properties of the 6063 aluminum alloy profile for so- lar frame increase with the increase of Cu,Si and Mg contents, but the surface quality decreases; By selecting the proper process, the 6063 aluminum alloy solar frame profile with tensile strength of 265MPa, yield strength of 252MPa, elongation of 8.9% can be pro- duced stably and economically and mean while good surface quality can be obtained.
