基础教育教师培养体系建设是涉及我国教师队伍建设顶层设计的重要的和基础的环节。习近平总书记关于"要加强教师教育体系建设"的指示促使我们思考我国以往的、目前的基础教育教师培养体系,深感需要构建适应并能够引领教育强国建设的教师培养新体系,本文对新体系作了勾勒。

The system construction of teacher training of elementary education is an important and a vital part concerning the upper-- layer development of our national teachers. The situation that our president Xi Jinping instructs that the system construction of teacher education should be strengthened urges us to take the previous and present teacher training system of elementary education into consideration, and makes it inevitable to set up a new teacher training system in order to adapt to and even lead to building a powerful nation of education. The paper aims to draw the outline of a new teacher training system.
