摘要
当下教师培训存在低效和失效的问题,主要表现在中小学教师在培训中学习的理论知识体系、教学技能和方法,不能转化运用到教育教学实践中去。跨越"知"与"行"之间的鸿沟,提高教师培训的实效,正确的路径是:精准选择培训内容,防止培训信息错位;精熟学习培训内容,达到培训迁移;及时跟进培训,确保培训的有效性;建立完善的训后激励机制,完善跟进服务保障体系。
The current teacher training program is not as effective as it is supposed to be. This problem is mainly reflected by teachers' incapability of applying the theories, knowledge and instructional methods which they learned from the training program to the teaching practice. In order to bridge the distance between "knowledge" and "practice", and increase the effects of teacher training program, correct approaches should be taken, which includes choosing appropriate training content to avoid dislocation of information, getting good command of the training content so as to internalize it, timely following up to insure the effectiveness of the training, and establishing systematic post-training incentive mechanism to improve the system of follow--up service.
