摘要
通过自编师范实习教师专业能力调查问卷,对200名正在不同学校实习的师范生进行问卷调查,同时辅以必要的访谈搜集数据。研究发现,目前我国师范实习生专业能力总体水平不高,虽然在不同地区学校实习的学生在各维度能力上没有存在显著差异,但是由各平均数和标准差也呈现出不同的差别。藉由调查结论,提出了可能对师范生教育实习有所帮助的相关建议。
According to make teacher internship and professional competence questionnaire, There are 200 students are internship in different schools to conduct a survey, supplemented by the necessary interviews to collect data. The study found that at present the professional competence of teachers intern in our country is not high at all. Although there is no significant difference in ability of students in internship in different regions, there are also differences among the average and standard deviation. According to the conclusion of the investigation, some suggestions that may he helpful to the internship of teachers and students are put forward.
