摘要 针对当前三阶段中院校教育阶段存在的关键问题,总结了地方医学院校以应用型人才培养为目标,以医学生临床思维和临床实践能力培养为主线,以临床医学虚拟仿真实验教学平台国家级标准建设为契机,医教协同下在教育教学理念、管理体制机制、人才培养模式、实验教学体系等方面的思路、举措和体会,以期为地方医学院校的院校教育阶段以临床医生岗位胜任力为导向的应用型人才培养提供借鉴。 This paper aimed at exploring the effects of a virtual simulation platform for experiment teaching in clinical medical education on the 3-stage medical education, i. e., school, postgraduate and continuation educations. The key problems existing in the 3 stages of medical education were addressed. It is claimed that cultivating applied talents is the educational objective at local medical schools, and training medical students' capacity in clinical thinking and practice is the main line. Taking construction of the national standard virtual simulation platform for experiment teaching in clinical medical education as an opportunity, ideas, measures and experience regarding teaching and learning,administration and training modes under coordination between medical schools and hospitals are presented. We hope these experiences can provide references for medical students at the stage of school education in local medical schools.
