摘要 工程训练环节可以提高学生的实践能力和综合素质,激发学生的创新精神和创新能力。现有的教材更多的是关注数控实训中的操作及技术,对于安全隐患分析和安全防护介绍的较少。分析现有数控实训过程中的安全隐患和原因,提出了数控实训过程中的安全防护建议。通过使学生树立牢固的安全意识,接受"数控仿真"安全操作培训和分阶段的安全实训学习,加强数控实训的安全教学管理,可以有效降低事故风险,从而避免安全事故的发生。 Engineering training can improve the practical ability and overall quality of students, and stimulate the innovation spirit and innovation ability. The current teaching materials are focusing on the operation skill and technique of numerical control training(NCT), rather than security risks analysis and security protection. This paper analyzes the potential safety hazard and reasons in the process of NCT, and puts forward some suggestions on the safety protection in the course of NCT. It can effectively reduce the risk of accidents and avoid the occurrence of safety accidents by establishing the strong safety consciousness for the students, letting them receive the "NC simulation" safe operation training and safety protection learning, and strengthening the safety teaching management of NCT.
