实施综合干预策略 提升医疗环境清洁质量新进展

Practicing Comprehensive Intervention Strategy and Promoting New Progress in Cleaning Quality of Medical Environment

清洁的医疗环境是防控医院感染的前提和根本条件之一,医院环境清洁不足,增加医院感染发生风险,是目前医院感染防控急需解决的一个普遍性难题。笔者探讨依据行为科学原理,实施有效培训,规范清洁工作流程,采用荧光技术与快速ATP检测技术监控清洁质量并反馈等综合防控策略,使保洁人员提升知识,转变态度,从而达到改进行为,提升医院环境清洁质量,保障医疗安全。

A clean medical environment is one of the premises and the basic conditions for preventing and controlling hospi- tal infection. The lack of medical environment cleanliness can increase the risks of hospital infection, a common problem to be solved urgently. With the principles of behavior science ,the authors of the paper think that the improvement in the quality of hospital envi- ronment cleanliness and guarantee of medical safety can be achieved by improving the cleaners＇ knowledge, and changing their atti- tudes, which, in turn, improves their behaviors with the comprehensive measures of prevention and control：practicing effective train- ing, standardizing work process of cleaning, and monitoring and feedbacking the cleaning quality by means of fluorescent technology and fast ATP detection technology.
