以提高风险管理效能为导向的医院感染信息化建设

Informatization Construction of Hospital Infection Directed by Increasing Risk Management Effectiveness

标准化医院感染管理对规范开展医院感染风险监测提出更高要求,需要短期内完成针对庞大诊疗人群、复杂诊疗操作、不同致病毒力的病原体等巨大数据采集、分析与针对性防控工作。传统的手工数据采集方式已不能满足管理要求。依托我院完善的医院信息化系统,以医院感染风险监测相关标准为依据,自主开发建设我院医院感染风险实时监测系统,对医院感染信息化系统建设中的重点、难点问题进行重点设计突破,实现医院感染疑似病例个案与暴发智能化识别与主动预警、在线实时监测、实时沟通干预等功能。对预警数据进行准确性与灵敏性系统测试,不断提升医院感染风险监测信息化系统对感染风险的识别能力、准确评估能力与医院感染管理效能。

Standardized hospital infection management puts forward a higher requirement for standardized hospital infection risk surveillance by means of collecting and analyzing huge data of population for diagnosis and treatment,operation of complicated diagnosis and treatment, pathogens causing different degrees of virus, and the targeted prevention and control. Traditional manual data collection can not meet the management requirement. With the perfect hospital informatization system, and basing on the standards re- lated with hospital infection risk surveillance, we have independently developed and constructed the real-time surveillance system of hospital infection, which makes the main design and breakthrough in the main and difficult problems of the system so as to realize in- telligent identification, active warning, on-line real-time monitoring, and real-time communication and intervention. The systematic tests on accuracy and sensitivity can constantly improve the recognizing ability, accurate evaluating ability and hospital infection man- agement effectiveness of the system.
