摘要
随着新医改的不断深入,医疗行业卫生人才的竞争加剧,信息技术的迅猛发展促使越来越多的医院选择通过构建人力资源信息管理系统来实现人力资源的科学化和精细化管理,从而提升医院的核心竞争力。笔者阐述了通过构建医院人力资源信息管理系统,实现优化人力资源管理业务流程,提高人力资源管理效率,提升医院人力资源规范化、标准化和精细化管理水平的模式和方法。
With the deepening of new medical reform, the competition of health talents in medical profession has been inten- sified, the rapid development of information technology has promoted more and more hospitals to realize the scientific and refined management by establishing hospital human resources information management system and enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital. With the system of hospital human resources intbrmation management,the author expounds the models and methods for op- timizing the business process of human resources management, improving human resources management efficiency, and upgrading the standardized, normalized and refined management of hospital human resources.
