医院人文建设对改善医患关系的探讨

Discussion of Hospital Humanistic Construction in the Improvement of Doctor-patient Relationship

传统医疗模式无法实现社会—心理—生物医学模式的转变,亦导致目前医患关系紧张、医患矛盾突出。人文医院,是通过人文精神的弘扬,营造医院内部以人为本的环境,运用人文关怀的服务手段去解除病人痛苦的一种医院发展模式。只有构建人文医院,才有可能把社会医学、心理医学的人文特征融入到现代医院管理中,才会使医生学会运用人文关怀来处理医患关系,并使之日趋和谐。

The transformation of social-psycho-bio medical model can not be realized by traditional medical model, which has caused the current tense doctor-patient relationship and prominent doctor-patient contradiction. Humanistic hospital,relieving the pain of the patients by means of humanistic care, carrying forward the humanistic spirit, and creating human-centered environment in- side the hospital, is the model of hospital development. Only by constructing humanistic hospital, can the humanistic characteristics of social and psychological medicine be integrated into the management of modern hospital, and doctors learn to apply humanistic care into dealing with doctor-patient relationship and make it more harmonious.
