摘要 用相平面法设计了一种基于变结构控制的固体KKV快速开关伺服系统,提出了用电动伺服系统实现大角度旋转阀门快速开关控制的应用方案,解决了无减速器电机直驱系统或小减速比伺服系统的大负载扰动问题。仿真分析与试验结果表明,该伺服系统具有较快的响应速度和较强的鲁棒性,对负载扰动具有较强的自适应能力。在带载条件下100°阶跃响应仅需13 ms,能满足大多数直接力开关控制系统的工程应用要求。所采用的相平面设计方法简单直观,设计的控制策略容易实现,具有较强的实用意义。 By using phase plane portrait, a fast-response electrical servo system of solid KKV based on Variable Structure Control theory is designed.The application to realize the quick switch control of the large angle rotary valve by using the electric servo system is put forward.The problem of high loading disturbance on the servo system without reducer or with small reduction ratio reducer is resolved.Simulation and experimental results show that the system has rapid responsibility and strong robustness.The servo system has strong adaptive ability to the loading disturbance. Under the condition of load,the step response time of 100 degree is only 13 ms,which can meet the engineering requirements of most direct force switch control system.The design method with phase plane portrait is simple and intuitive.The control strategy is practical and easy to realize.
