面对城市商业银行进一步发展的战略困境,以国家构建绿色金融体系的战略高度和要求,通过对我国城市商业银行发展现状的数据分析,提出了建立绿色金融体系转型发展的观点,并详细阐述了构建银行绿色金融管理体系的六大要素。

For the dilemma to further develop city commercial banks, green finance is a feasible way to realize industrial upgrading and sustainable development. Based on the scientific definition of the concept of green finance, the green financial characteristics, the development situation of city commercial banks and existing problems are analyzed and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Study has found that improving city commercial bank＇ s administration mode ean optimize the internal reward and punishment mechanism and raise financial talents, which will speed up the development of green financial services and products, and in turn finally promote the banking business management.
