摘要 针对高压柔性直流输电工程中阀控设备接口数量庞大,测试困难的问题,本文设计了一种物理动模试验系统,可实现大规模节点的柔性直流输电阀控设备全接入测试。研制了一种接口扩展装置,可以利用较少的物理子模块来实现大规模节点阀控的全接入及全功能测试,详细介绍了接口扩展装置的软件和硬件设计方案。以许继集团研制的渝鄂工程阀控设备为测试对象,完成了阀控的全接入和全功能测试,验证了所设计的物模系统的正确性。 Aiming at the testing difficulties of valve control equipment due to its large quantity of interface in VSC-HVDC transmission project,this paper designs a physical dynamic simulation testing system to realize the full access test of VSC-HVDC valve control equipment with large-scale nodes. An interface expansion device is developed,which can realize the full access and full function test for valve control equipment with large-scale nodes through a small amount of physical sub-modules. The software and hardware design scheme of the interface expansion device are introduced in detail. Full access and full function tests are carried out on the valve control equipment developed by Xuji Group for Yu-E project,which verifies the correctness of the proposed physical dynamic simulation testing system.
