摘要 分布式馈线自动化可以显著提高配电网的故障自愈速度。然而其依赖于实时通信网络,通信网络成为制约分布式馈线自动化应用的关键因素。提出了一种根据通信网络实时性质量动态调整馈线自动化策略的方法。通过对通信质量实时检测,在通信完好时,按最可靠的方式实现馈线自动化;在通信不稳定时,减少交互次数以提高故障自愈速度;在通信不满足分布式馈线自动化条件时,采用就地控制方式,保证分布式馈线自动化系统应用的可靠性。仿真结果表明该方法克服了分布式馈线自动化系统中对通信的过度依赖,扩展了分布式馈线自动化系统在不同通信质量下的适应性,增强了应对通信网络故障的能力。 Distributed feeder automation can significantly improve the self-healing speed of distribution network. However,it relies on real-time communication network,which becomes the key factor restricting the application of distributed feeder automation. This paper presents a method to adjust feeder automation( FA) strategy based on real-time quality of communication network. Through the realtime detection of communication quality,the feeder automation is realized in the most reliable way when communication is in good condition. When communication is unstable,the number of interactions is reduced to improve the self-healing speed; When communication does not meet the distributed FA conditions,local control method is adopted to ensure the reliability of distributed system application. This method overcomes the over-reliance of FA system on communication,extends the adaptability of FA in different communication quality and enhances the ability to cope with communication network failure.
