菌磷互作对海南钻喙兰幼苗生长的影响 被引量:3

The Interaction of Endophytic Fungi and Different Phosphorus Levels on Growth of Rhynchostylis gigantea Seedlings

摘要 【目的】研究菌根化的海南钻喙兰对磷营养吸收的规律。【方法】通过接种3种分别分离于野生海南钻喙兰、野生华石斛和栽培文心兰的真菌(S、Z和W)和施用0P、1/8P、1/4P和全P的磷营养,测定植株生长形态、生物量和养分含量,并比较其差异。【结果】(1)磷对海南钻喙兰的生长产生不同影响,低磷条件下,抑制植株叶宽与株高的生长,促进叶长的生长,在相关性分析中,海南钻喙兰菌根化苗叶长增长量与磷水平正相关,在1/8磷处理条件下出现显著促进作用。(2)真菌成功侵染后,均能促进植株的干、鲜重的生长。接种W菌株效果最明显,地上部鲜重与干重分别为12.14 g和0.91 g,与CK均达显著性差异。(3)菌根化条件下,磷对海南钻喙兰的叶绿素含量与矿质元素的积累有明显的促进作用。其中菌磷互作中,以接种W菌与施用1/8MS磷水平组合最能促进海南钻喙兰生长。【结论】菌磷互作对海南钻喙兰的生长、生物量和矿物质元素的积累都有一定的促进作用。 [ Purpose ] Our aim was to study regularity of mycorrhizal Rhynchostylis gigarttea seed- lings' nutrients. [ Method ] According to the three different beneficial endophytic fungus isolated from three wild plants of R. gigantea, Dendrobium sinense and cultivated Oncidium hybridum respec-tively and different phosphorus concentrations (0P, 1/SP, 1/4P and 1P) MS liquid fertilizer were in- oculated against R. gigantea seedlings in substrate for symbiotic culture. The data included the plant growth, morphology, biomass and nutrient content, and compared the divergence. [ Results ] Phos- phorus had different influences on the growth of R. gigantea that restrained the growth of the plant leaf width and plant height but promoted the growth of leaf length under low phosphorus condition. In corre- lation analysis, we also found a positive correlation between the leaf length and P level and the seed- lings had significant promoting effect at l/8P. The plant growth obviously promoted after the infection of beneficial endophytic fungi successfully. Compared with CK, Z and S, the treatment of inoculated with W had been significantly effect on the fresh and dry weight. The plant fresh weights of aboveground part and aboveground part of dry weight were 12. 14 g and 0. 91 g respectively which a- gainst CK was remarkable. The beneficial endophytic fungi had the obvious promoter action to plant's chlorophyll content and the accumulation of mineral elements. It was proved that W and 1/8 MS were good endophytic fungi and fertilizer to R. gigantea. [ Conclusion ] Interactions of endophytic fungi and phosphorus play a promoting role on the growth of R. gigantean seedlings by increased seedling's growth, biomass and the accumulation of mineral element nutrition.
