With the continuous development of the information society, people use various mobile devices to the Internet has become more and more popular, how to adapt the screen size problem with various devices to browse the same web site has become a hot research. This paper discusses the features and basic principles of the responsive layout in popular mobile website development, and gives the means of making mobile websites, which is implemented by HTML5＋CSS3 technology.
