科技改变世界,改变人类价值观。21世纪科技发展新趋势对大学生核心素养提出了新要求。大学生核心素养的重要因素是:批判性思维是基础,学习能力是关键,知识迁移和建构能力是重点,全球胜任力是价值观体现。对我国大学教育而言,培养大学生核心素养的教育教学变革,需要重塑人才培养理念;需要从确定性知识授受向提升知识创新能力转变;需要推进大学教学组织架构的系统再造;需要深化学生学习评价和教师教学评价制度改革;需要创新课程结构和内容,实现课程综合化。

Technology changes the world, as well as the value. Then, the new trend of technology development in the 21st century requires the new key competencies of undergrad- uates. The critical thinking is the base of the key competencies of undergraduates, the learn- ing ability is the key, the knowledge transfer and building capacity is the focus, and the global competence is the reflection of the value. The university teaching reform to cultivate the key competencies, should reshape the concept of talent cultivation, transform from teaching certainty knowledge to enhance knowledge innovation ability, push the system re- construction of teaching organization structure, deepen the reform of students learning eval- uation and faculty teaching assessment system, and innovate the course structure and con- tent to realize the integration of courses.
