摘要
以3个中国兰品种和2个大花蕙兰品种为材料,开展了种间杂交亲和性以及杂种胚无菌萌发试验。结果表明:春兰与墨兰的杂交亲和性高于春兰与大花蕙兰的,春兰与大花蕙兰杂交亲和性因组合不同有较大差异,6个组合仅有2个没有获得果实;培养基中添加一定量有机物可促进兰花杂交种子的萌发,杂交种子无菌萌发适宜培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 0.3mg·L^(-1)+BA 0.03mg·L^(-1)+蛋白胨2g·L^(-1)+AC 1g·L^(-1)。'
The interspecific hybridization affinity and hybrid embryo aseptic germination in Cymbidium genus was carried out between 3 cultivars of Chinese orchid and 2 cultivars of C. hybridum. The results showed that the interspecific hybridization affinity of C. goeringii×C. sinense was higher than that of C. goeringii×C. hybridum, and there were huge difference in different combination of C. goeringii × C. hybridumas, among them Only 2 of the 6 combinations did not get the fruit. In addition, medium with certain amount of organic matter could promote Cymbidium hybrid seeds germination, and the optimal medium for seed germination in vitro was 1/2 MS+IBA 0.3 mg·L-1 +BA 0.03 mg·L-1 +Peptone 2 g·L-1 +AC 1 g·L-1.
