摘要
目的建立蓝萼香茶菜的质量标准。方法以咖啡酸为对照品,采用薄层色谱法对药材进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对芦丁、齐墩果酸和熊果酸进行含量测定;并根据2015年版中国药典对蓝萼香茶菜药材的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分进行定量测定。结果 TLC分离度良好,斑点清晰。芦丁、齐墩果酸及熊果酸分别在0.1838~2.7570 mg·mL^(-1)、0.009 98~0.149 70 mg·mL^(-1)及0.01132~0.169 80 mg·mL^(-1)与峰面积线性关系良好,含量分别不得少于0.2%、0.05%及0.08%。7批蓝萼香茶菜样品的水分测定结果为9.93%~10.81%,总灰分测定结果为8.17%~9.45%,酸不溶性灰分测定结果为2.87%~3.61%。结论上述方法简便,高效,专属性强,可有效控制蓝萼香茶菜药材的质量。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Plectranthus japonicas (Burro. f.) Koidz.var. glaucocalyx (Maxim.) Koidz.. Methods With caffeic acid as the reference substance, TLC method was used for qualitative identification. The content of rutin, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid was assayed by HPLC. Moisture, total ash and acid-insoluble ash in Plectranthus japonicas (Burro. f.) Koidz.var. glaucocalyx (Maxim.) Koidz. were determined according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Edition 2015). Results The spots of TLC were clear and well-separated. The linear range of rutin, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid was 0.1838 - 2.7570 mg·mL^-1, 0.009 98 - 0.1497 mg·mL^-1, and 0.011 32 - 0.1698 mg·mL^-1. The content of rutin, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid was no less than 0.2%, 0.05% and 0.08%. The moisture, total ash and acid-insoluble ash of 7 batches samples of Plectranthus japonicas (Burro. f.) Koidz. vat. glaucocalyx (Maxim.) Koidz. was samples varied at 9.93% - 10.81%, 8.17% - 9.45% and 2.87% - 3.61%. Conclusion These methods are simple, accurate and reliable with strong specificify. It can be used for the quality control of Plectranthusjaponicas (Burro. f.) Koidz. vat. glaucocalyx (Maxim.) Koidz..
