我院临床药师对临床合理用药的干预分析

Clinical pharmacists' intervention on rational drug use in our hospital

目的了解临床药师对住院医嘱合理用药干预情况,促进临床合理用药。方法采用回顾性调查方法,收集本院2016年1月-2017年6月临床合理用药干预记录627例次,按干预类别及临床医师接受率进行统计分析。结果临床药师干预的用药问题类别主要为用法用量不适宜、遴选药物不适宜及存在药物相互作用,所占比例分别为32.06%、25.04%和18.02%。临床医师对药学干预的接受率为84.69%。结论临床药师在用药审核中能起到一定作用,但仍需加强专业知识,以充分的循证医学证据为依据,提高干预成功率,促进临床合理用药。

Objective To investigate the intervention of drug use in inpatients＇ medical orders by clinical pharmacists and promote rational drug use. Methods We retrospectively analyzed, 627 records of pharmacists＇ medication intervention from January 2016 to June 2017, with regard to the categories of interventions and acceptance rate of clinicians. Results The main categories of intervention included improper usage and dosage, inappropriate selection of drugs and possible adverse drug interactions, which accounted for 32.06%, 25.04% and 18.02%, respectively. The acceptance rate of clinicians toward pharmacists＇ intervention was 84.69%. Conclusions Clinical pharmacists play a positive role in doubt-checking the drug prescription. The intervention of clinical pharmacists should be based on sound evidence to improve the acceptance rate of the intervention and promote clinical rational drug use.
