摘要 骨形态发生蛋白(bone morphogenetic proteins,BMPs)属于转化生长因子-β(transforming growth factorβ,TGF-β)超家族,在心、神经、软骨的发育以及出生后骨的形成等发育过程中均起重要的调节作用。近年来的研究表明:在各类BMPs分子中,BMP2/4参与并促进了发育期和成熟期的中枢神经系统内神经元与胶质细胞的发育与激活,且在特定的环境中发挥不同甚至相反的生物学作用,这种差异性为其临床应用带来了一定的风险。 As a member of transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) family, bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) are multi-functional factors and play critical roles in heart, cartilage, neural development and postnatal bone formation. It has been demonstrated that among the family, BMP2/4 have been reported to be especially important for the developmental and maturation of central nervous system (CNS). It has diff erent, even opposite functions, in certain given circumstances, which could be a potential risk for BMPs’ clinical use.
