摘要
针对海上气田水平井积液监测手段有限、理论模型针对性不强等问题,建立了一套适用于乐东气田的水平井井筒积液诊断技术,包括考虑井斜角影响的水平井临界携液流量预测模型和压降预测模型。研究结果表明斜井段临界携液流量和压降梯度最大,导致在井斜角为30°~50°的井段,特别容易发生井筒滑脱。采用积液诊断技术分析了乐东气田积液情况,准确率达到100%;计算了L3井积液高度;成功指导了L2井进行投棒泡排。水平井井筒积液诊断技术为合理开展排水采气措施提供了科学依据。
Because of lacking liquid loading monitoring methods and targeted theoretical models in offshore oil fields, a liquid loading diagnosis technology of horizontal well for Ledong gas field is established. It includes pre- diction models of critical liquid - carrying flow rate and pressure drop gradient, which considers the impact of the deviation angle. The results show that the maximum critical liquid -carrying flow rate and pressure drop gradient ap- pear in deviated hole, especially in the hole with deviation angle of 30~ - 50~, leading to liquid slippage easily. By liquid loading diagnosis technology, the liquid accurate situation in Ledong gas field is diagnosed, with 100% accura- cy rate. The liquid loading height of L3 well is calculated, which successfully helps caber foam drainage in L2 well. The liquid loading diagnosis technology of horizontal well provides scientific basis for gas recovery by water drainage.
