摘要
针对我国生态文明建设水平进行评价。首先对所选数据进行无量纲化处理,综合使用熵权法、TOPSIS逼近理想点法、灰色预测等方法,分别构建了关键指标筛选、综合赋权、评价体系和措施有效性预测等模型,使用MATLAB、Excel软件编程求解。研究认为,我国10个代表性省市中,新疆、河北、天津和上海的生态文明建设水平排名落后,找出其排名落后的原因并给出了合理的可行性建议,预测建议实施后,河北和新疆的环境改善效果将比较显著。
This paper aims at evaluating the ecological civilization construction in China. Firstly, the selected data is treated with non dimensional method, and comprehensively combined with entropy weight method, TOPSIS meth- od and gray prediction to construct the models of key index selection, comprehensive weighting, evaluation system and effectiveness prediction. MATLAB and Excel are used to solve the equation. The study shows that among the 10 representative provinces and cities of China, the ecological civilization construction in Xinjiang, Hebei, Tianjin and Shanghai ranks backward, and the reason why the construction level falls behind is found out. Then the reason- able and feasible suggestions have been given. It is predicted that after the suggestions are taken, the environmental improvement effects in Hebei and Xinjiang will be significant.
