复方角菜酸酯栓对会阴Ⅲ、Ⅳ度裂伤缝合患者术后伤口疼痛及愈合程度的影响

Effect of Compound Carraghenate Suppositories on Wound Pain and Healing Degree After Suture in Patients with Ⅲ～Ⅳ Degree Perineal Laceration

目的观察复方角菜酸酯栓对会阴Ⅲ、Ⅳ度裂伤缝合患者术后伤口疼痛及愈合程度的影响。方法选择2003年1月至2017年7月我院收治的会阴Ⅲ、Ⅳ度裂伤患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。对照组术后口服液体石蜡油治疗,观察组术后采用复方角菜酸酯栓纳肛治疗,比较两组患者的会阴伤口疼痛程度、会阴伤口愈合程度及愈合时间。结果治疗前和治疗1 d时,两组患者的会阴伤口疼痛程度无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗2 d、3 d、5 d和7 d后,观察组的疼痛程度均较对照组轻(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的伤口愈合程度优于对照组(P<0.05),愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方角菜酸酯栓可有效改善会阴Ⅲ、Ⅳ度裂伤缝合患者的术后会阴伤口疼痛程度,促进伤口愈合,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of compound carraghenate suppositories on wound pain and healing degree after suture in patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree perineal laceration. Methods 60 cases of patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree perineal laceration admitted to our hospital from January 2003 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. After surgery, the control group was treated with liquid paraffin by oral administration, while the observation group was treated with compound carraghenate suppositories for external use. The perineal wound pain degree, perineal wound healing degree and healing time were compared between two groups. Results Before treatment and 1 d of treatment, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the perineal wound pain degree （P〉0.05）; 2 d, 3 d, 5 d and 7 d of treatment, the pain degree of observation group was significantly slighter than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the wound healing degree of observation group was better than that of control group, and the healing time was shorter than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Compound carraghenate suppositories can effectively improve the perineal wound pain degree after suture in patients with Ⅲ、Ⅳ degree perineal laceration, and promote the healing of wound, which is worthy of promotion.
