用μ-Bondapak-C_(18)柱,以甲醇-水(75:25)为流动相,对己烯雌酚注射液进行 HPLC 测定,己烯雌酚、其分解产物、油和苯甲醇能完全分离。以黄体酮为内标,操作简单、快速、准确。
