摘要
使用农药可以解决农产品的病虫害问题,有利于农业的发展。但农药残留在人体内长期蓄积滞留会引发慢性中毒,因此有必要探究降低果蔬等农产品中农药残留的有效方法。本研究以小青菜、黄瓜、苹果等具有代表性的果蔬作为样品,通过清水浸泡洗涤法、热水浸泡法、淘米水清洗法、果蔬洗涤剂浸泡法、小苏打浸泡法、盐水浸泡法分别对其进行处理,利用农药残毒快速检测仪对其农药残留量进行检测。结果表明:为了降低果蔬农药残留,小青菜类的叶片型蔬菜宜采用盐水浸泡法,黄瓜类的块状型蔬菜宜采用淘米水浸泡法,苹果类的块状型水果宜采用小苏打浸泡法。该研究对日常生活有很好的指导意义。
The use of pesticides can solve the problem of agricultural products pests and contribute to the development of agriculture. However, pesticide residues in the human body long-term accumulation will cause chronic poisoning. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the effective methods to reduce pesticide residues in agricultural products such as fruits and vegetables.The study mainly selected some representative fruits and vegetables like greens, cucumbers and apples as experimental samples. They were treated separately by soaking method with clear water, soaking method with hot water, soaking method with washing water of rice, detergent soaking method, soaking method with Na HCO3 solution and soaking method with Na Cl solution.Then their pesticide residues were detected by the pesticide residues rapid detector. The results showed that: leaf vegetables like greens should adopt soaking method with Na Cl solution to reduce pesticide residue, block vegetables like cucumbers should adopt cleaning by washing rice water to reduce its pesticide residue, and block fruits like apples should adopt soaking method with Na HCO3 solution to reduce its pesticide residue. The study will provide a good guidance for daily life.
