益气健脾饮对肺癌化疗后患者免疫功能影响的研究

目的观察益气健脾饮对肺癌化疗后患者免疫功能的影响。方法经病理检查确诊为晚期肺腺癌患者60例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例。对照组单纯给予TPY）案化疗治疗，观察组在对照组化疗的基础上加用益气健脾饮治疗。两组疗程均为2个化疗周期，观察并比较两组患者CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋／CD8＋．及NK细胞水平、血清IL-2、IL-6含量及生活质量评分情况。结果化疗对两组患者免疫功能均产生不同的影响，两组治疗后T细胞亚群及NK细胞活性变化、血清中IL-2、IL-6含量变化及生活质量评分等方面差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论益气健脾饮对晚期肺腺癌患者化疗后免疫功能具有积极影响，有助于改善患者化疗后的生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of the supplement Qi and strengthen spleen soup on the immune function of patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy. Methods 60 patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with TP regimen alone, while the treatment group was treated with supplement Qi and strengthening spleen soup on the basis of the control group. The two groups of treatment course were 2 chemotherapy cycles, the CD4~, CD4~/CD8＋, CD3＋ and NK cell levels, serum IL-2, IL-6 content changes and quality of life score of two groups of patients were observed and statistical analyzed. Results The effects of chemotherapy on the immune function of the two groups were different, and the differences in the changes of T lymphocyte subsets, NK cell activity, serum IL-2 and quality of life between the two groups after treatment were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Supplement Qi and invigorating spleen soup has positive influence on the immune function of patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma, and it can improve the quality of life after chemotherapy.
