负压封闭引流技术在治疗糖尿病足坏疽中的应用

目的探讨负压封闭引流技术治疗糖尿病足坏疽的有效性。方法抗炎、控制血糖等全身治疗加局部彻底清创，应用VSD治疗，待创面肉芽填充丰满后，予以换药或植皮至伤口愈合。结果26例Wagner分级3-4级的糖尿病足坏疽患者经VSD治疗1-3个疗程后，创面肉芽组织生长新鲜、丰满，无感染，暴露的骨骼、肌腱被肉芽组织覆盖，创面平均愈合时间（26．4±4．7）d。结论应用VSD技术治疗糖尿病足坏疽具有安全可靠、疗效确切、治疗周期短的优点。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of vacuum sealing drainage technique in treating diabetic foot gangrene. Methods The wound was thoroughly debrided and treated with VSD, then given systemic treatment, such as anti inflammafion and blood sugar control, after the granulation was filled, the wound was healed or changed to skin wound. Results 26 patients with Wagner grade 3-4 diabetic foot gangrene were treated by VSD for 1-3 treatment, the wound tissue growth was fresh and plump and free of infection, the exposed hone tendon was covered by granulation tissue, the average healing time of wound surface was （ 26.4 ± 4.7 ） d. Conclusion Treat diabetic foot gangrene has the advantages of safe and reliable curative effect.
