经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术后中药热熨敷治疗椎旁肿痛短期临床疗效

目的观察经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术联合中药热熨敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的短期临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年12月-2016年12月43例行经皮椎间孔镜手术的腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料。结果43例患者，失访3例，随访40例。其中观察组18组，对照组22组。住院时间5-7d，平均6．2d；对照组中出现3例并发症，两纽VAS和JOA评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对接受经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术的腰椎间盘突出症患者，术后采用中药热熨敷治疗，短期疗效满意，对患者功能恢复及症状改善和减少并发症发生具有一定疗效。

Objective To conduct a short term retrospective analysis of diagnosis and treatment of lumbar disc herniation by percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing treatment. Methods From December 2015 to 2016, 43 patients with lumbar disc herniation underwent transcutaneous intervertebral foramen surgery in orthopedic department of Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. Results 40 patients were followed up. 40 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （ n=18 ） and the control group （ n=22 ） .The treatment group contained 18 groups, the control group contained 22 groups. The meanings of VAS and JOA were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . The difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion For patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing by percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing treatment Short-term efficacy is satisfactory, and has a certain effect on the recovery of patients＇ function and the improvement of symptoms and the complication.
