低密度脂蛋白受体基因表达与高胆固醇血症的相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨人低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR)基因表达水平在高胆固醇血症患者中的变化情况及其与血脂水平的相关性,为该病的预防和治疗提供理论依据。方法以健康体检人群28例为正常对照组,检测24F4高胆固醇血症患者的血脂水平、LDLR基因表达水平。结果与正常对照组比较,高胆固醇血症患者的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、LDLR基因相对表达量显著升高(P〈0.05);高胆固醇血症患者TG水平、ApoAl水平均与LDLR基因的相对表达量呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论高胆固醇血症LDLR基因表达水平的改变与血脂水平的改变密切相关。 Objective To examine whether the expression level of human low density lipoprotein receptor ( LDLR ) gene expression is changed in hypercholesterolemia, so as to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of the disease. Methods Blood lipid and LDRL gene expression levels in individuals of hypercholesteremia group were detected before and after treatment, compared with individuals of normal control group. Results Total cholesterol ( TC ) , triglyceride ( TG ) , low-density lipoprotein ( LDL-C ) , apolipoprotein B ( ApoB ) and LDLR gene expression levels were significantly higher in patients with hypercholesteremia compared with subjects in normal control group. In blood of patients with hypercholesteremia, TG and apolipoprotein A ( ApoA1 ) correlated positively with the levels of LDLR gene expression. Conclusion The expression of LDLR gene may be involved in dyslipidemia in patients with hypercholesteremia.
