摘要
21 世纪以来,随着社会的进步以及教育的发展, 来自政治、 经济和文化等方面的发展要求教研员尤其是英语教研员能够实现专业化发展.为了更好地促进其专业化发展,教研员尤其是英语教研员必须要跟得上时代和教育发展的进步潮流,对自己的专业知识、 技术和能力进行拓展和提升.因此, 本文从教研员、 教研员专业化发展等核心概念界定出发, 回顾了教研员专业化发展理论基础, 并以新疆维吾尔自治区初中英语教研员培养为例, 采用问卷调查和访谈法的方式分析了该地区初中英语教研员专业发展的现实状况,从而引发英语教研员专业化发展的思考, 并提出有效促进初中英语教研员专业化发展的策略.
With the social progress and education development since the 21th century, the developingrequirements from politics, economy and culture require that teaching researchers, especially English teachingresearchers could achieve professional development. To better promote their professional developments,teaching researchers, especially English teaching researchers must follow the steps of times and educationdevelopment and enrich their professional knowledge, technology and ability. Consequently, starting from thecore definition of teaching researchers, the professional development of teaching researchers, this thesisreviews the theoretical basis of the professional development of teaching researchers and taking an example ofthe junior high schools’English teaching researchers in Xinjiang uygur autonomous region, the thesis adoptsthe questionnaire and interviewing methods to analyze the current situation of the professional development ofteaching researchers in that region, and thus to trigger the reflection on the professional development ofteaching researchers and put forward effective strategies to promote the professional development of teachingresearchers.
