防污型聚氨酯透声胶的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以环氧丙烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚和2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-100)为原料合成聚氨酯预聚体,再与防污剂、扩链剂反应制备得到防污型聚氨酯透声胶。讨论了防污剂种类、用量、添加方式、硫化温度及制片工艺对透声胶的影响。结果表明,聚氨酯透声胶的防污剂宜用4,5-二氯-N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮(DCOIT);DCOIT添加量为预聚体质量的10%、防污剂添加方式选用混合前加入预聚体中;防污型聚氨酯透声胶的硫化温度选择50℃;竖模具平流为防污型聚氨酯透声胶的最佳制片工艺。 Polyurethane prepolymer was synthesized by using tetrahydrofuran-propylene oxide copolyether and 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate(TDI-100)as raw materials.Antifouling polyurethane sound transmission rubbers were prepared by polyurethane prepolymer,antifouling agent and chain extenders.The effects of type and dofage of antifouling agents,adding mode of antifouling agents,curing temperature and production technology were discussed.The results showed that the antifouling agent of polyurethane sound transmission rubbers can choose DCOIT.The mass fraction of antifouling agents was 10%.The adding mode of antifouling agents selected add prepolymer before mixing raw materials.The best curing temperature was 50℃,production technology was vertical flow.
