纳米Fe_3O_4对白炭黑填充NR性能的影响

摘要 研究了纳米Fe_3O_4的粒径和用量对白炭黑填充天然橡胶(NR)的加工特性、力学性能及导热性能的影响。结果表明,纳米Fe_3O_4填料添加量越大,混炼胶Payne效应越强,纳米Fe_3O_4粒径越小,Payne效应越明显;纳米Fe_3O_4的添加量为0~12phr时,硫化胶料的力学性能逐渐上升,添加量大于12phr时,力学性能开始下降;粒径为20nm的Fe_3O_4在其添加量为12phr时,胶料的硫化性能达到最优;添加量大于12phr时,其对胶料导热系数的影响更加明显。 The influence of nano Fe_3O_4 with different particle sizes and addition amount on the processing characteristics,mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of NR filled with white carbon is investigated.The results show that the content of nano Fe_3O_4 filler is higher,the mixing effect of Payne is stronger,the smaller the particle size of nano Fe_3O_4,Payne effect is more obvious;the addition of nano Fe_3O_4 is 0~12 phr,the mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber increases,adding amount was higher than 12 phr,the mechanical properties decreased;the particle size is 20 nm Fe_3O_4 when the additive amount is 12 phr,the performance of rubber vulcanization is the optimal.When the addition amount is more than 12 phr,the particle size 20 nm of Fe_3O_4 has more obvious influence on the thermal conductivity of rubber compound.
