兰州石化NBR2805E结构与性能的对比研究

摘要 对比了丁腈橡胶NBR2805E与市场同类产品Nancar1043N、N41E、JSR 240S和Nancar2865的结构与性能关系。结果表明,NBR2805E与JSR240S、Nancar2865丙烯腈含量相当,顺式1,4-丁二烯结构含量低,反式1,4-丁二烯结构含量较高;玻璃化转变温度(Tg)从低到高的顺序依次是JSR240S、Nancar2865、NBR2805E、N41E、Nancar1043N,NBR2805E具有较好的耐低温性能和加工流动性能,硫化速度较慢,物理机械性能与JSR240S相当。 The relationship between the structure and properties of five nitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR2805 E,Nancar1043 N,N41 E,JSR240 S,Nancar2865)grades was studied and compared.The results showed that NBR2805 Ehas the similar acrylonitrile content with JSR240 Sand Nancar2865,but low content of cis-1,4 butadiene structure and high trans-1,4 butadiene content.Glass transition temperature from low to high order is JSRN240 S,Nancar2865,NBR2805 E,N41 E,Nancar1043 N,and NBR2805 Ehas the better low temperature performance.NBR2805 Ehas slower curing rate,good processability,and which mechanical property is equivalent with JSR240 S.The DSC curves of five NBR grades appear multi-peak that may be due to the of the monomer reactivity ratio difference in double monomer free radical polymerization system.
