田东县甘蔗政策性农业保险工作调查与思考

Investigation and Case Study of Policy-Based Agricultural Insurance on Sugarcane in Tiandong County

笔者多次深入广西田东县有关部门并与种植农户交流,对田东县甘蔗政策性农业保险工作中存在的主要问题及原因进行分析,并提出新形势下甘蔗政策性农业保险工作的对策措施,即"加强政策宣传,强化组织领导;加强依法管理,规范保险行为;加强保险服务,提高工作效率",对于服务甘蔗产业可持续发展和确保国家食糖安全具有十分重要的意义。

Investigations were conducted by means of communications with related departments, institutions and cane growers, to analyze the main problems and their causes related to policy-based agricultural insurance on sugarcane in Tiandong County. Countermeasures were presented according to the current situation and conditions, such as： the popularization of insurance policy, stronger organizational leadership, enforcement of related laws and regulations, improved insurance services and work efficiency, etc. These countermeasures will be of great significance to the sustainable development of sugarcane industry and to the national sugar security.
