一般性古镇传统民居风貌更新策略探讨——以江苏如东县栟茶古镇为例

Discussion on the Style Renewal of Traditional Residential Buildings in General Ancient Towns——Based on the Bencha Ancient Town of Rudong County in Jiangsu province

在城市化迅速发展的背景下,我国传统乡镇正在发生着变化。现代文化的渗透、派系建筑的流行,导致了古镇传统民居风貌逐渐失去其原有的特色。文章以江苏如东栟茶古镇为例,通过实地考察与分析,探索一般性古镇现状风貌特征以及存在的问题与矛盾;根据现有传统民居风貌更新理论,分析现有一般性古镇传统民居的更新策略存在的问题,并根据地域特征,时代精神,经济发展等多方面因素,对栟茶古镇传统民居风貌更新策略进行探讨。

The countryside in China is undergoing great change in the background of fast urbanization.The infiltration of modern culture and the popularity of factional architecture have led to the gradual change of the style of traditional dwellings in ancient towns .Taking the BenCha ancient town of Rudong County in Jiangsu Province as an example,through field investigation and anaIysis,exp-o-e the general actual features,existing problems and contradictions. According to the existing theory of the renovation of the traditional residential style, this paper analyzes the existing strategies and problems of the existing traditional houses in the ancient towns.Explore the update strategies of the ancient traditional residential style in bencha ,according to geographical features, the spirit of the times, economic development and so on.
