摘要
以面向工业过程自动化的无线网络(WIA-PA)为基础,通过智能无线网关、无线适配器、中继设备、现场采集设备等,建立了基于WIA-PA技术标准的炼油物料计量监测系统,实现从采集层、传输层、应用层对炼油物料流量数据的自动采集、无线传输,最终将数据上传到计量信息管理平台进行实时分析、跟踪计量等,保证了炼油物料自动采集的可靠性。
With the basis of WIA-PA as industrial process automation, oil refining metering and monitoring system on a basis of WIA-PA wireless network is established by intelligent wireless gateway, wireless adapter, relay equipment and on-site collection equipment and so on. The automatic collection, wireless transmission of the refinery material data from collecting layer, transmission layer and application layer is realized, and the data is finally uploaded to metering information management platform for timely analyzing and tracking metering. The reliability of automatic collection of refining materials are ensured.
