摘要 高含硫化氢气田由于天然气中硫化氢的体积分数很高,在自控阀门的接液材质、选型设计方面与普通的气田相比有很大的差别,接液材质必须满足美国防腐蚀工程师协会(NACE)的标准以及中国的相关标准,可以有效防止硫化物应力开裂(SSC)、应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)以及氢致开裂(HIC)等。针对硫化氢的剧毒性和腐蚀性,介绍了自控球阀、自力液压闸板阀的结构及性能特点,探讨了高含硫化氢气田自控阀门选型设计时的注意事项,给出了相应的合理化建议。 The volume fraction of hydrogen sulfide is very high in natural gas of high hydrogen sulfide gas filed. Comparing to that for normal gas field, there are great difference in the wet parts materials and selection and design of process control valves. The wet parts materials must meet the American national association of corrosion engineers (NACE) standards and Chinese standards to sufficiently prevent sulfide stress cracking (SSC), stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and hydrogen induced cracking (HIC). In view of hypertoxicity and corrosiveness of hydrogen sulfide, structure and performance characteristics of process control ball valves, self- contained hydraulic gate valves are introduced. Attentions on process control valve selection and design for high hydrogen sulfide gas filed are discussed. As well as reasonable proposals are provided.
