基于变型设计的三维尺寸标注位置自动调整方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 对变型设计中尺寸标注的问题进行了研究。针对尺寸标注与模型之间的相对位置不合理问题以及尺寸标注之间的相对位置不合理问题,建立了尺寸布局规则库、基本单元体规则库及基本单元体参考模型规则库。根据基本单元体规则库、基本单元体参考模型规则库的相关规则信息,采用一种基于基本单元体的尺寸标注调整方法解决尺寸标注与模型之间的相对位置不合理问题;根据尺寸布局规则库的相关规则信息,建立模型变型前尺寸之间的空间位置约束关系,采用一种基于约束的尺寸标注调整方法解决标注与标注之间的相对位置不合理问题。最后,以Solid Works软件为二次开发平台、变速箱输出轴为例验证了该系统标注位置自动调整方法的可行性。 The problem of dimensioning in variant design was studied. For the unreasonable problems of the relative position be- tween dimensioning and model as well as between dimensioning, the dimension layout rule base, basic unit rule base and basic u- nit reference model rule base were established. According to relevant rule information of the basic unit rule base and basic unit reference model rule base, a dimensioning adjustment method based on the basic unit was used to solve the unreasonable problems of relative position between dimensioning and model. According to relevant rule information of the dimension layout rule base, the spatial constraint relationship between dimensions before model variant was established ;a dimensioning adjustment method based on the constraint was used to solve the unreasonable problems of relative position between dimensioning. Finally, feasibility of the automatic adjustment method of the system dimensioning was verified taking the SolidWorks as the secondary development plat- form and gearbox output shaft as an example.
