摘要
通过对中广核如东150 MW海上风电场示范项目超大型钢管桩的沉设施工,对沉桩垂直度监测技术进行探讨与实践,采取了"高精度数显水平尺进行粗调,全站仪进行精调"的监测技术及合理有效的控制措施,确保了沉桩垂直度达到设计要求,同时为实现无过渡段法兰式单桩的沉设提供了施工技术保障。
According to the sinking construction of the oversize steel pipe piles in CGNPC Rudong 150 MW offshore wind farmdemonstration project, we discussed and applied the verticality monitoring technology of pile sinking, adopted the monitoringtechnology of "high precision digital display horizontal ruler for coarse adjustment, total station instrument for fine tune" andeffective control measures, to ensure the verticality of pile sinking can meet the design requirements. It provides the construction technology guarantee for the construction of the no-transition section flange single pile foundation.
