摘要
港珠澳大桥桂山沉管预制厂项目中,深坞浮坞门庞大的体型和其承受的巨大的水压力,给坞口底板的设计带来了极大挑战。经过一系列分析研究,巧妙设计了一种具有导向和承压功能的坞口底板结构。文章对这一新型坞口底板结构进行介绍,重点阐述其设计理念、设计方法和结构特性等关键技术。该结构在预制厂的运营期间发挥了良好的使用效果,有效地保证了浮坞门安装就位的精准度和挡水作业时的安全稳固。
mIn the project of casting yard for tunnel elements in Guishan of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the huge size offloating gate and its large hydraulic pressure have brought a great challenge to the design of base plate of dock entrance. Wedesigned one new type of base plate of dock entrance with functions of guidance and supporting after a series of studies. Weintroduced the new-type base plate structure of the dock entrance, and focus on the key technologies such as design concept,design method and structural properties. The structure has played a good role in the operation of the casting yard, andeffectively guaranteed the installing precision and steadiness of floating gate during its operation.
