摘要
港珠澳大桥沉管隧道最终接头重量超过6 000 t,采用12 000 t浮吊安装,是国内最大的一次吊装作业。其安装作业的一个关键问题是了解最终接头进入龙口后沿隧道轴向的运动幅度,进而判断碰撞的可能性。基于对工程海况、施工工艺方案的认知,通过单摆公式与船舶动力学公式的结合,推导了吊装过程最终接头的动位移幅值的理论解。计算结果与实际作业观测结果较符合。
The closure joint of HZMB island and tunnel project weighs over 6 000 t, and its hoisting process is carried out by a12 000 t crane ship, which is the largest hoisting operation in China. A critical problem for its installation is to understand theaxial movement of the closure joint along the tunnel when the closure joint structure is lowered down into the slot, and then tojudge the likelihood of collision between the closure joint and the adjacent tunnel elements. Based on the cognition of marinecondition and construction method, we deduced analytical results of the maximum displacement of the closure joint during installation into the slot, by means of the combined use of equation of simple pendulum and ship dynamics. The results is in goodagreement with the observations of the actual operation works.
