摘要
伺服阀控液压缸是液压伺服控制系统的重要组成部分,对系统的动态特性有很大的影响。为了改善一种钢带张力控制液压伺服系统的动态性能,建立了伺服阀和液压缸的数学模型,对影响伺服阀控液压缸性能的主要参数进行理论分析,利用Hy Pneu软件对系统进行仿真。仿真结果与理论分析结果相符,研究结果表明:液压缸活塞所受的摩擦力、液压缸内径、油源压力和油液弹性模量对系统动态特性均有一定的影响。
Servo valve control hydraulic cylinder is an important component of the hydraulic servo control system, which has sig- nificant influence on the dynamic characteristics of the system. In order to improve the dynamic performance of a steel strip ten- sion control hydraulic servo system, the mathematical models of servo valve and hydraulic cylinder are established, and the main parameters that affect the performance of servo valve controlled hydraulic cylinder are analyzed from the theoretical aspect. Then the system is studied with HyPneu software. The simulation results are in agreement with the theoretical results, the research re- suits show that the hydraulic cylinder inner diameter, friction on piston of hydraulic cylinder, oil pressure, oil elastic modulus have a certain influence on the dynamic characteristics of the system.
