摘要 自行设计了新的床架支撑结构零件,旨在进一步提高床的舒适性。为分析床架设计的合理性,进行主观体验评测和客观实验分析。利用多体系统动力学原理构建了人体卧姿垂直振动模型,进行了人体低频振动实验,借鉴机械加速度阻抗等值的方式进行仿真,将人体卧姿状态近似为由质量块、弹簧和阻尼等机械元件组成的机械系统,在模拟环境下构建五质量块人体卧姿垂直振动模型并且针对人体局部敏感部位进行低频振动仿真分析。通过人体低频振动实验得出人体卧姿的传递函数曲线,通过仿真分析验证垂直振动模型,并结合人体卧姿舒适性问卷调查分析,综合实验结果表明,这种虚拟环境和实测环境相结合的评价方法为床的舒适性设计提供了帮助。 Designed a new structure to support bed frames which aims to further improve the human body supine comfort on the bed. In order to analyze the rationality of the design of frame, using the subjective evaluation and objective evaluation. A human body supine vertical vibration model based on the multi-body dynamics is established, the experiment of the human-body in the low-frequency vibration environment is tested, and using the method of mechanical impedance is equal to simulate, human body is divided into quality, spring and damping of mechanical components such as equivalent system, the five mass human-bedy supine vertical vibration model is established in virtual environment and the emphasis of vibration analysis research are sensitive areas. Supine position transfer function curve of the body got by the human body vibration experiment and verified vibration simulation model,and blended in analyzing of the questionnaire of human body supine comfort evaluation. In a word, results show that this kind of evaluation method that combines virtual environment with the measured environment can provide the help for the designing of comfortable bed.
