辅助生殖技术中发生流产患者负性情绪与应对方式的关系研究

The Relationship of Negative Emotion and Coping Style in Patients with Abortion in Assisted Reproductive Technology

目的探讨辅助生殖技术中发生流产患者负性情绪与应对方式的关系。方法选取2016年1月~2017年6月本院生殖中心行辅助生殖技术发生流产的120例患者为流产组,同时选取100例行辅助生殖技术后正常分娩的产妇为对照组。应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、医学应对方式量表对两组产妇心理状况、应对方式进行评价,并应用Pearson单因素分析辅助生殖技术中发生流产患者负性情绪与应对方式的关系。结果流产组SAS、SDS评分及消极应对评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),流产组积极应对方式评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。不同年龄、文化程度、流产次数、经济状况的患者在SAS、SDS评分及应对评分方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Pearson单因素分析显示,SAS、SDS评分与消极应对方式呈正相关(P<0.05),与积极应对方式呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论辅助生殖技术中发生流产患者易存在焦虑、抑郁的情绪,尤其对于高龄、文化程度较低、流产次数较多的患者更易发生焦虑、抑郁情绪。建立患者积极的应对方式,将有助于减轻患者不良情绪,有利于患者身心健康。

Objective To explore the relationship of negative emotion and coping style in patients with abortion in assisted reproductive technology.Methods 120 cases of patients who received abortion in the reproductive center of the hospital were treated as abortion group and 100 cases of mothers with normal reproductive technology were selected as the control group from January 2016 to June 2017.The psychological status and coping style of the two groups were evaluated with selfrating scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and medical coping style scale.The relationship of negative emotion and coping style in abortion patients with pearson univariate analysis.Results The SAS score,SDS score and negative coping score of abortion group were significantly higher than normal group(P<0.05),but the positive coping style of abortion group was lower than normal group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in SAS scores,SDS scores and coping scores among patients of different ages,educational background,abortion and economic status(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score were positively correlated with negative coping style(P<0.05),but negatively correlated with positive coping style with pearson univariate analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion Adverse mellitus in patients with abortion is prone to anxiety and depression,especially for elderly patients with lower educational level and more frequent abortions.Anxiety and depression are more likely to occur.The establishment of a positive coping style of patients will help to reduce the patient's negative emotions,is conducive to the physical and mental health of patients.
