摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对涂层填充剂高岭土进行改性,讨论了各因素对高岭土改性效果的影响,通过正交试验优化了改性工艺,探讨了改性机理,并对比分析了KH-570改性高岭土与其他填充剂在聚酰胺湿法涂层中的应用效果。结果表明:各因素对高岭土改性效果的影响程度从大到小依次为KH-570用量、处理时间和处理温度;优化改性工艺为:KH-570用量16%(对高岭土质量),处理时间5 h,处理温度65℃;KH-570和高岭土是通过—OH反应生成Si—O—Si而结合在一起的;高岭土经KH-570改性后,聚酰胺涂层产品的吸墨性得到了改善,pH值下降。
The silane coupling agent KH-570 is applied to modify the coating filler kaolin, the factors affecting the modification effect of kaolin are discussed. The modification process is optimized by orthogohal test, and the modification mechanism is discussed. The application effect of KH-570 modified kaolin and other fillers on polyamide wet coating is compared and analyzed. The results show that the influ- ence order of various factors on the modified effect is the dosage of KH-570, the treated time and the treated temperature. The optimized modification process is KH-570 dosage 16%, treating at 65 ℃ for 5 h. The kaolin is combined with KH-570 by the reaction of --OH to generate Si O-Si. After using the KH-570 modified kaolin in polyamide wet coating, the ink-absorption of polyamide coating products is im proved, and its pH value is decreased.
