摘要 采用氢氧化钙去除染色废水中的残余染料,再用碳酸钠去除处理液中残余的氢氧化钙,调节p H值,测定盐度并补充适量新鲜水后,回用于染色。研究了氢氧化钙对染色废液脱色的影响,比较回用水与新鲜水对织物染色性能的差异。结果显示,氢氧化钙可去除活性染料染色废水中的残余染料,处理液与相同盐浓度的新鲜水光谱曲线基本相同。回用水染色的织物其颜色参数与色光均没有变化;三次回用后再染色的织物其色牢度与新鲜水染色织物基本相同。 The residual dye is removed by calcium hydroxide, and the excess calcium hydroxide in the re- sidual liquor is purified by slight excessive sodium carbonate. The liquor is reused for reactive dyeing af- ter the pH value is adjusted and the salinity is measured. The influence of calcium hydroxide on decolor- ization of dyeing wastewater is studied. The dyeing properties of fabrics treated with recycled water and pure water are compared. The results show that the residual dyes in reactive dye wastewater can be removed by calcium hydroxide, and the spectral curve of the treatment fluid is basically the same as that of pure water with the same salinity.
