摘要
超纤革的湿摩擦牢度一直是染厂亟待解决的难点之一,通过对湿摩擦牢度提升剂TX-2808H的应用工艺与生产实践进行探讨,优化最佳工艺条件为:TX-2808H 30.0 g/L,p H值6.0,焙烘温度120~130℃。经整理的织物湿摩擦牢度可提高1.0~1.5级以上,满足客户要求。
It is difficult to raise wet rubbing fastness of microfiber leather. The application process and production practice are discussed by using wet rubbing fastness improving agent TX-2808H. The results show that TX-2808H 30.0 g/L, pH value 6.0, curing temperature at 120-130 ℃, the wet rubbing fastness can increase by Grade 1.0N1.5. The finished products can meet customer's requirement.
