摘要
提出了一种内置式永磁电机用复合式磁极结构,通过铁氧体和钕铁硼两种永磁材料的组合,改善了气隙磁密波形,减小了齿槽转矩。提高了抗去磁能力,减少了稀土材料的用量。利用Ansoft软件分析了复合式磁极的磁场,并对其进行了优化。
A combined magnetic pole in IPMSM was proposed. The combined magnetic pole by adopting the combination of rare earth permanent magnet material with ferrite permanent magnet material was used, the air-gap flux density was improved, the cogging torque was reduced. Demagnetization withstand capability was higher. The amount of rare earth permanent magnet materials was reduced. The feature of the hybrid magnetic pole' s magnetic field was analyzed based on An- soft while the pole was optimized.
