硬岩掘进机可掘进性分级性能预测模型的建立及实施 被引量:5

摘要 硬岩掘进机(TBM)性能预测是关于掘进机选型、设计和施工的核心问题。文中基于复杂地质条件下TBM掘进性能分级预测的前期研究工作,提出依托样本数据,建立在不同岩体可掘进性等级条件下,以特定岩体掘进指数(SRMPI)为性能预测指标,融合地质、施工等领域参数的TBM性能预测模型。在此基础上,通过模型细化和科学推导得到TBM其他系统级性能指标,从而建立完备的TBM性能预测体系。将所建模型应用于兰渝铁路西秦岭隧道工程的某一施工标段,预测结果验证了该模型的科学性、有效性和指导施工的可操作性。 Hard rock tunneling boring machine(TBM) performance prediction is the core issue about the plan of machine type selection,machine design and tunnel construction.Based on the early research job on TBM performance classification method,a TBM performance prediction model was established,in which special rock mass penetration index(SRMPI) was taken as the performance prediction index,and geological parameters,TBM equipment parameters,construction parameters were included.On this basis,other system level performance indicators of TBM were acquired through the model refinement and scientific deduction,then a complete TBM performance prediction system was established.The model was used on Lanyu railway West Qinling tunnel,the result showed that the model is scientific,effectiveness and operability for guiding the construction.
